I lead a team focused on the Global LNG book’s commercial agenda responsible for delivering effective business models in changing environments; technology and systems transformations; Strategy, Planning and Commercial Operations, and external messaging around bp’s LNG activities. In addition I hold ‘Chief of Staff’ responsibilities and organises various senior forums, including cover for VP LNG for all Staff, Trading and Origination matters.I have c. 20 years of experience in bp’s senior LNG leadership team, previously holding roles as Head of Atlantic Trading, Head of LNG Mid-Term Trading (developing strategies, delivering P&L and co-ordinating execution with Traders and Originators), Trading Manager in Singapore for LNG and Emissions (establishing full Trading capability in Asia), LNG Commercial Manager (leading major business change projects and establishing global trading capability) and Isle of Grain Regas Manager (managing relationships, regas operations and negotiations at the UK terminal). I have held two Board Director roles, one internally in Singapore and one externally in Brazil.Before joining LNG leadership team in 2006, I worked as Global Gas Trading Strategy Manager, Head of European Gas Analytics, Gas Business Development and Upstream Appraisal and Exploration Geologist.
