I reduced operational costs by rationalising their inventory control and stock management procedures and systems. I was responsible for two operational teams, one in the warehouse with four members the other in our call centre where I had eight staff members reporting to me. Though efficiency improvements I was able to reduce the call centre team to three and the warehouse staff to two. These teams provide order taking, revenue collection, and warehousing and distribution services for our customers. We process approximately five thousand orders a month and turn over £900,000.00 (nine hundred thousands) per year.
