Serving as Chief pilot of a Part 91 flight department operating a Citation Sovereign in North America, South America, Europe, Canada, Mexico and The Caribbean. The flight Department is currently based in Henderson Nevada.

Provide professional aviation services to many companies. Services include: Contract Pilot, Aviation Maintenance, Aviation Consulting, and Flight Department Setup.Maintain steady pilot contracting position through fellow contractors and staff at Cessna. Contacted by Cessna to provide contract pilot services on airplanes delivered from the Cessna Citation Service Centers. Research maintenance log books and records to provide professional advise on the purchase of Pre Owned Citation Jets. Preform annual inspections on small general aviation airplanes and helicopters.

Flew executives to locations throughout U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Made out and back trips to East and West coasts on continuous basis and multi-day trips. Managed flight planning, maintenance tracking, food and supply inventory, and fuel purchases. Arranged ground transportation for passengers. Completed all paperwork. Determined airworthiness of airplanes Coordinated flight destinations to maximize efficiency while meeting passenger requirements. Fueled airplane from company owned fuel farm. Encouraged recurrent crew training to promote safety. Created maintenance discrepancy form adopted by company as main document for recording issues with aircraft. Form signed by maintenance after addressing/correcting problems and by flight crew during preflight, thereby ensuring resolution of problems prior to dispatch.  Assisted crew members in maintaining company-owned fuel farm and ordering fuel to sustain tank levels. Recommended that approach plates remain open and available to view, thereby improving situational awareness for destination airports.

Served as contract captain for corporate executives, on a Hawker 400, to fly to store locations to check on operations. Flew out and back and 2-3 day trips. Led preflight activities and flight planning. Determined best airports based on geographical location to passenger store visits, airport facilities, runway lengths, and approaches available. Submitted required paperwork. Planned trips to fly to furthest point and made stops on return flight, thereby maximizing fuel and time. Trained and mentored 5 new hire copilots, many later acquired flying positions promotions. Coached retired airline pilot to fly in corporate environment and provide exceptional passenger service. Demonstrated how to perform effectively in multifaceted role of pilot, scheduler, customer service rep, and flight attendant. Prevented trip cancelations by tracking maintenance schedules on airplanes.

Managed all flight operations and maintenance. Coordinated with corporate secretary to ensure compliance with passenger requests and listing of all trips on corporate schedule. Acquired special registration number for Cheyenne and managed airplane expenses. Maintained 24/7 flight readiness. Coordinated with FBOs to obtain best fuel price, parking, and landing fees. Brokered purchase of Cheyenne and delivered to paint and avionics shop for upgrade to state-of-the-art Garmin navigation equipment. Delivered airplane to owner and served as Chief Pilot for next year.

This was a Fractional part 91k/135 operator. Served as a captain on a Beech King Air 200 and Beech Jet 400A. Gained tremendous corporate aviation experience flying multi diverse missions all across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Many of these trips were for Celebrity type people.

Recognized by Army Commanding General for outstanding maintenance readiness. Received 3 Army Achievement Medals, 3 Army Commendation Medals, 2 Meritorious Service Medals, and several Aviation Safety awards. Full time Service from 5/1985 - 6/1999. Retired as a traditional member.
