Responsible for representing the government on matters pertaining to the functional operations and development of the Mobility Air Force (MAF) C2 systems. Gathered, analyzed, authored, and prioritized requirements to meet users' needs. Monitored specific requirements to ensure prioritization was current and no duplication of capabilities would have been present across interfacing systems. Completed nearly 3,000 hours of flying in the KC-135E Refueling Tanker. Achieved the status of Instructor Boom Operator (IBO). Assigned as the Training Office IBO, in which training records for all unit boom operators were maintained for qualifications, re-qualifications and upgrade training. Qualified all Air National Guard (ANG) IBOs during the KC-135E Pacer Crag Flight Management System (FMS) modification upgrade.As a Current Operations mission planner, was responsible for planning routes of flight using Jeppesen, ACFP (Advanced Computer Flight Plan), and PFPS (Portable Flight Planning Software) flight planning software systems. Accomplished mission package organization to include navigational chart coverage, NOTAMs, diplomatic clearances request, weather request, flight planning calculations in consideration to fuels management, cargo and passenger coordination, and Aircraft Commander (AC) mission briefs prior to departure. Also responsible for mission execution using AMC C2 systems for flight following during all phases of flight.Played a pivotal role in coordinating/implementing Command and Control Information Processing System (C2IPS) to the 126ARW and maintaining the additional duty of the Functional Area Coordinated (FAC). Program installs and training criteria were created for the various Wing offices ranging from Maintenance to the Command Post.Assigned the unit Security Manager which included tasks of maintaining a database that managed over 100 personnel security accounts.Retired at the rank of Master Sergeant.
