Measurement and billing carried out both by hand and computerised systems such as Bluebeam Revu (for measuring), QSPro (for billing), but more commonly Excel (for both measurement schedules and billing/schedules of work).• Analysis of tender documents.• Sub-contract tender analysis.• Site measures.• Site surveying for main contractors.• Preparation and analysis of interim valuations for main contractors and sub-contractors.• Final account preparation and negotiation.Since going freelance in 2007 I have worked for a variety of different companies on each of the consultancy, main contract and sub-contract sides.
