FC Virginia is a for profit Elite Soccer club serving the soccer community throughout the Northern Virginia, with it non-profit arm FCV United our services include Recreation, Competitive, and Elite programs for both boys and girls. FC Virginia is a leader in youth soccer programs providing high-quality individual training for the purpose of providing pathways to success at all levels. We specialize in providing environments for players to grow and develop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Establish and meet long and short-range objectives for the Club• Prepare and justify a Club budget; control Club expenditures. • Lead and direct staff who administer youth through adult soccer programming for recreation level players • Lead and direct the Director of Coaching, who is responsible for soccer operations for the Recreational, Developmental, Academy and Select programs of the Club. • Plan and coordinate, with staff, numerous Club sponsored and managed tournaments during the calendar year• Conduct and oversee fundraising efforts to support Club initiatives • Direct planning, acquisition, improvement, and maintenance of all property and facilities under the jurisdiction of the Club • Oversee all marketing, communication, and branding strategies• Develop a program of public relations, marketing, publicity and cooperation with County agencies, corporate partners, news organizations and the community at-large • Establish policy, procedures, and guidelines for staff operations • Lead, manage, and develop staff; determine personnel policies • Interacting with Club members and grow membership ranks

The Golden Sun Energy Company LLC, (GSE) development project centers in the prolific San Joaquin Valley Basin, regarded as California's primary oil production region. The project is surrounded by major petroleum companies on all sides, with Occidental Petroleum bordering to north & west, Chevron to the south, and Berry/Linn Energy Petroleum to the east. Occidental Petroleum has drilled over 200 Antelope Shale wells within a short distance of GSE’s borders, and Berry/Linn Petroleum continues to drill and develop hundreds of Diatomite and Maya Sand shallow wells, some immediately above GSE deep mineral rights.

Worked with many international soccer clubs, including Luton Town FC, as assistant GM, Chelsea FC with Youth Development, and International player ID. Champions World International Tours, Liverpool FC, Celtic FC & AC Milan.
