FounderRich Learning Solutions Sep 2016 - PresentWe all have great people in our organisations and we also have some that could be great, they just need some help! And perhaps some organisations have commissioned external providers that haven’t quite hit the mark in helping people to become great at their job!We have all been on “just another training course”, some of which are pretty good and others not so much and Rich Learning Solutions is about a learning experience, not a transaction! Our focus is connecting learners with their learning through working together. We believe that the best learning happens when we support our learners to develop new skills and then challenge them to apply these skills in a range of work related simulations. In short we specialise in bringing experiential learning into the classroom! Our focus centres on Leadership and Management, in both designing and delivering learning solutions. We’ve used live snakes with a Senior Leadership Team. We’ve also completely re-designed a compliance programme that took compliance from lows of 46% to the high 90s! Take a look at our site www.richlearningsolutions.com to find out more about the work we doAll the best!Rich – Founder RICH Learning Solutions
