Working within the Facilities department as a Compliance Officer I assisted in updating and implementation of UK Power Networks policies and procedures, carrying out building audits (TM17) on the (TFM) Total Facilities Management company employees for statutory and non statutory works, covering a large portfolio of buildings including the Head office and sub-stations. Adhering to the H&S policies of the company and ensuring that all contractors and sub-contractors carry out there works safely, including auditing and investigations. Implementing and auditing the Alfresco system for all compliance related reports and paperwork.
