Technical strategist on $350 million contract win with USCIS for enterprise process and supporting IT modernization.

Chief Technology Officer for a $400 million dollar, geographically distributed services business unit supporting Department of Defense, Navy, DARPA, DTRA and Joint Staff agencies and offices. Grew a $400,000 system engineering task order into a $12.5 million per year revenue stream. Wrote and presented engineering management, systems analysis and international missile defense partner strategy papers at US and international INCOSE and Missile Defense conferences.

Systems Analysis Manager (NGC) for $20M System Engineering and Integration contract supporting US Ballistic Missile Defense System development. Capture and program manager for contract with the US Ballistic Missile Defense program. Captured and managed a $10 million missile defense countermeasures contract with Ballistic Missile Defense Organization.
