I am the Head of Customer Partnerships and Marketing at The Crown Estate, a purpose-driven organisation with £16bn in assets, managing land and sea on behalf of The Monarch. In my role, I oversee all aspects of commercial leasing, place making, customer experience and delivering high impact B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. Since joining The Crown Estate in 2022, I have successfully secured agreement to tell the 260-year-old brand narrative. I am leading a Marketing and Commercial transformation, which includes reshaping our team operating model, creative development, marketing, CRM & media effectiveness. I am also responsible for customer segmentation, agency management and establishing a new sponsorship function. Prior to my role at The Crown Estate, I led Marketing Strategy for Disney EMEA, overseeing high ROI commercial campaigns across multiple markets. My professional background is rooted in customer insights, with experience gained at Vodafone UK and Kantar Media. I am a Fellow of the Market Research Society and was appointed as a Trustee of Blenheim Palace Heritage Foundation in 2022.
