Authorised Push Payment Fraud (i.e. when you are scammed into paying money to the wrong person, or you pay for something that you never get) is costing consumers at least £0.5m / day and most banks are not refunding the victims.In the last 5 years consumers have lost an estimated £1bn to APPF.I am challenging the banks to reimburse those who have lost life changing sums of money as a direct result of APPF scams.

Has your bank refused to refund an 'unauthorised' transaction - claiming that you have been 'grossly negligent' or that you have not complied with the terms and conditions of your account?
