In January 2021, EQT Group announced the $1.9B acqusition of Exeter Property Group. As the Tech Lead, I was responsible for all projects relating to developing EQT Exeter's digital capabilities within reporting, forecasting, valuation and data engineering. This included all stages of programme management, from setting the strategy together with senior stakeholders to product maintenance after go-live.Selected project deliveries include:- Automation of quarterly reporting process by implementing integrations from source systems to data warehouse, eliminating copy-pasting of manual reports and reduce dependency on Excel.- Master data management platform for property information, to centralize essential data and make it widely available internally.- Management reporting in dashboard solutions including enabling self-service for business users, instead of relying on manual report creation sent to inboxes.
