    I have had a varied career at F+G having filled a range of positions over the years. I started as a senior QS working embedded within the client organisation at the Ministry of Justice, budget and programme managing some of their most high profile security and capacity programmes. I was promoted three times during this period, ending as Regional Director in charge of all of our work with this client. I then moved on to be office Director for Reading and Oxford offices,significantly increasing our client base, staff numbers and profitability whilst being promoted to Director. I retained the client account management for the Ministry of Justice and added sector management for waste and worked in the finance sector organising the procurement of maintenance contractor frameworks. I then spent two years working in the nuclear sector on the new Hinkley Point project followed by a spell as an internal executive recruitment specialist. Finally I worked as Commercial & Governance Manager on our Scape national framework, ensuring compliance and best practice across the country, together with a wider commercial compliance role across the business to help drive profitability.
