Performed legal research and drafted jury instructions during criminal and civil trials. Assisted the judge with judicial administrative tasks.

Represented a client at an administrative judge hearing for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income appeals. Interviewed clients and potential clients. Wrote briefs supporting appeals to the Social Security Appeals Council, wrote letters requesting medical records, prepared a client to testify, and prepared wills and powers of attorney.

Drafted opinions and performed legal research for an appellate court judge on a license suspension appeal and a worker’s compensation appeal.
