Following my passion and have began a career in HR as an Employee Relations Advisor I have over 10 years management experience in both retail and manufacturing and through this time I have developed a robust and proven track record of dealing with many aspects of H.R, I am now looking to follow my passion and develop my career within this specialized area of business and have started my educational path with a CIPD level 5 in which I hope to achieve accreditation within the next 12 – 18 months During my career I have successfully managed and advised on employee relations including disciplinary and grievances, performance improvement plans and absence management. I have also gained ample recruitment experience, from writing and posting job descriptions to interviews and following that through with the full onboarding process of staff. Furthermore, I have developed training materials in line with the needs of the company and have managed and created teams to deliver these to the wider business within a reasonable timeframe which has shown measurable improvements to the KPI’s of the business. These are but a few of the experiences I have had within this discipline of business, and I am excited to discuss my experiences and success in more detail. I have a clear and logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through. I enjoy working with people and consider my self to be an approachable and positive individual that deals with any issues with curiosity and an honest intention to support and develop the people that I manage whether that be to help them develop their career or supporting them through difficult times so that they can continue to remain at work. In summary I am reliable, trustworthy, and eager to follow my passion within a professional H.R setting.
