I have been in financial markets since 1985, working in London, Sydney and Hong Kong. I started in the Interest Rate Swaps market, and left it for a stint (1996-2009) in recruitment. I returned to the financial markets in 2009 when I joined the Commonwealth Bank. I built Rates Flow Sales businesses in both Sydney and London, and whilst in London established an Interest Rate Cap business.I returned to Sydney in 2013 to take a role manging Financial Institutional client relationships in the Rates product. I returned to London for 6 months in 2016 to enhance our global product offering.I have worked in several large companies. But I have also spent nine years backing myself, by owning and managing my own business.I have recently left the corporate scene and am consulting to businesses on various issues, including client sector development.
