Richard is an Experienced Fund Manager with over 30 years experience of working in the investment management industry. Richard is the Fund Manager for the CBRE Investment Management Pan European Core Fund (PEC) where he has been dedicated since its launch in Jan 2010. The fund is now one of the largest balanced open end Core Funds in Europe with one of the longest track records of outperformance. Richard is skilled in equity raising, Fund Management, Asset Management, Real Estate Economics, Investment Properties, Financial Modelling, and Portfolio Management. He graduated with a BSc Hons in Urban Estate Surveying from The Nottingham Trent University. Richard has worked at CBRE Investment Management since 1996, always specialising in Fund Management.
