CurrentAs part of CCT, I am part of a team that has $3.8 trillion of debt under administration along with $414.2 billion in assets administration. Furthermore, CCT oversees and handles $2.3 trillion in funds movement in 75 currencies in 20 different countries.Manager of approx 135+ relationships with multiple CTL locations Responsible for day-to-day client relationships, acting as the main point for ongoing plan administration/ operational requirements.Ensuring client requests are prioritised correctly including monitoring service levels and client satisfaction.Being the SME for clients on plans, products and process’, and displaying an in-depth technical understanding of the system processesFirst escalation point for client and internal stakeholders, and liaising with the service delivery teams for requests.Host and support regular client meetings to review service/project delivery status and event planning.Identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions, and synergies within your client portfolio, accountable for suggesting value added chargeable services (professional services).Analysing client plans and developing solutions in close co-operation with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.Liaise with Relationship Managers on strategic changes to clients, influence commercials based on operational impacts and provide MI to support the operational health of the clientsPartnering with Relationship Management to influence strategic and commercial impacts to the client portfolioSupporting Senior Account Managers on key accounts
