Early in his four-decade career as a licensed real estate broker, Richard “Dick” F. Walter realized that financing is a very important part of a real estate transaction. With that philosophy in mind, he has been actively involved in originating mortgages since 1970 and is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a Mortgage Loan Originator.In 1975, Dick expanded what began as Richard F. Walter Inc. REALTORS and formed Walter Financial, Inc., a separate Pennsylvania-based mortgage company. In 2016, Dick joined forces with Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., winding down his other businesses so he could focus solely on providing clients with the exceptional lending products and services backed by Draper and Kramer.Dick is a rare home financing professional with extensive experience in both the mortgage and real estate worlds. As a licensed real estate broker, he has been a member of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS for over 40 years and holds REALTOR Emeritus status with the association. This valuable experience combined with his mortgage expertise helps Dick structure successful transactions for his clients.Having survived stomach cancer, Dick has learned that life is short, and every day is a gift one must enjoy. When not working hard to serve his clients, he can often be found deep sea fishing with his family or flying. On vacations, Dick goes paragliding over Schloss Neuschwanstein (aka: the Cinderella Castle) in Bavaria, Germany or exploring exotic countries and cultures around the world with his wife of 50+ years, Betty.
