Supervise approximately 8 Targeted Case Manager who work with children (0-17 years old) with Mental Health issues. Position requires crisis intervention, compliance to Medicaid criteria, scheduling meetings, attending Family Services Planning Team meetings, and overall monitoring of daily operations of the TCM program in Orange County, FLAssist with facilitating a Family Voice outreach program to help parents and guardians of children who are at risk youths. Program is geared toward getting parents and guardians to be better informed of community resources, educated on those services through guest speakers, and as a support system by having the parents and guardians exchange their stories. This is where they can feel free to verbalized their feelings without being judged due to the behaviors of the children.

Monitor and authorize funding for psych services for children with MH issues or behavioral problems

Monitor, assess, advocate, and link children under 17 years of age with mental health support services to stabilize the children in the least restrictive environment to ensure a higher quality of life.

Maintained the operation of a Single Resident Occupant shelter for 7 Mentally Ill adults suffering from Schizophrenia. Ensured the safety of those residents, followed a nightly schedule with getting all the residents meals that were prepared, encouraged the residents regarding hygiene and other health related issues.
