I have been in the hospitality industry for most of my working life, having started as a server when I was 16. After a number of years working in various establishments for Marston’s I was chosen to do a management training programme. I went on to run several businesses for the same company as a General manager.I now work for Beersaver, still in hospitality, ensuring drinks dispense systems are well maintained alongside installing our award winning Beersaver systems.I am very a positive and committed person, with excellent communication and listening skills. I am a good problem solver and someone who believes if a job is worth doing, then it’s worth doing properly.I believe if you give people a chance, they might surprise you. If you never give them a chance, they never will. I enjoy coaching and teaching others, and helping people whenever I can.
