K1NG Academy is a non-profit organization with a heart for the youth and community. Here we put God first while competing in various fun competitive sports. Here at K1NG, we teach family and togetherness. We want our kids to feel safe, and free to be their absolute themselves. We thrive by teaching our kids sports, disciplne, sportsmanship, structure, life, love, and fun. Each season we look to expand and reach more communities. My role as a manger here at Monkey Joe's is to -Support the General Manager in managing the store operation.-Provide the highest level of service-Address any guest concerns on designated shifts-Manage the entire store operation-Provide a high level of retail and food safety execution-Greet all guests-Supervise, coach and train store team members-Ring up guests on an electronic cash register-Ensure the store is clean and well maintained-Control inventory-Receive vendor deliveries-Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service-Stock shelves and coolers-Perform routine maintenance and repair equipment-Update prices and post new signage to reflect current promotions and sales opportunities-Receive vendor deliveries-Make a guest’s day special

Health & Safety – The coach must provide a safe training environment for all players and coaching staff and this includes a good playing surface or field, the right equipment e.g. size of balls, training kits, and first-aid kits. When it comes to First Aid, it is important that the coach has the right skills to administer first-aid when it’s needed. The coach must also be aware of any health conditions his/her players may have that would impact their well being and performance on the pitch.Role Model – It is the responsibility of the coach to demonstrate appropriate behavior and attitude towards the players, parents, opposing teams and officials.Rules & Codes – The coach must adhere to the rules and codes of the game as set out in the rule book, which can be obtained from the National Football Association (FA) website. He or she must ensure that all players understand and abide by them.Coach as the Teacher – The coach is the teacher of the rules and laws of the game. He/she teaches the basic skills by developing drills and games that will help the players learn and master the technical skills of football. The coach helps to build self-confidence, motivation, social responsibility, commitment, concentration and leadership qualities.The Administrator – It is the responsibility of the coach to plan, organize, schedule and implement all training program and football matches accordingly. He/she will convey any necessary information to parents/guardians, officials, opposing teams and other football contacts, as well as help the players with any professional or personal problems they might have.The Guardian – A youth football coach also acts as a guardian to the players. He/she is the person who protects them during training sessions, offers advice and encouragement and even a shoulder to cry on when it’s needed.

My roles at Retro fitness consisted of:-35+ hours a week (varied).-Assist in managing the club's revenue and expense goals.-Maintain Retro Fitness’s high level of customer service.-Responsible for handling member and employee issues in a professional and timely manner.-Assist in training, motivating, directing, coaching and evaluating all club employees.-Maximize member retention by ensuring high levels of customer service and cleanliness of the club.-Assist in managing the Front desk, Child Sitting, and Maintenance Employees to ensure policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual are followed at all times.-Create and maintain schedules for the Front Desk, Child Sitting, and Maintenance staff.-Ensures that all staff are wearing proper attire.-Monitor all websites given to by Management on a daily basis.-Assist in managing all aspects of inventory; entering, ordering, reconciling incoming merchandise, etc.-Can serve as a liaison for the Manager-Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the facility managerTook voluntary leave before gym shut down a month later.

The Party Pro is responsible for all arena activities, including the monitoring and assurance of guest safety and satisfaction.
