Product development lead for SLA (Single Living Accommodation) division

• Manage and solve any problems that may arise through the process of design and on-site construction. • Prepare and present design proposals and technical solutions to clients, contractors, stakeholders and other specialists.• Prepare and present design programs, feasibility studies and deliverable schedules to clients and main contractors• Produce detailed drawings and specifications.• Utilise BIM and computer aided design skills to produce detailed drawings and manage projects. • Negotiate and develop design proposals with clients, contractors and other specialists.• Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction. • Effectively manage, resource and train an architectural team ranging in experience and expertise.• Co-ordinate the work of the design team and subcontractors to ensure a successful and smooth design process.• Integrate design team and subcontractor’s elements into a unified and co-ordinated design.• Advise and manage where possible key decisions that will keep the project within financial budget and time deadlines.• Attend and chair regular meetings with clients, contractors, consultants and other specialists.
