The point person for work on properties owned and managed by FGS’ parent company, Wisconsin Management Company. Detailed estimate preparation in Xactimate (restoration estimating software), created scope for the work to be performed and materials required, I was responsible for ensuring that the project was delivered on time, within budget and maintaining quality standards. I oversaw all aspects of projects with project coordinator and sub-contractors. Maintained all documents and drawings and met with property owners/clients for regular meetings and updates, and collected funds maintaining relationships throughout to final conception and close of project. While there I received several excellent surveys from clients and property managers listing me as the key component to the project’s overall success.
