• Learning spiniker• Learning terminal layouts• Working in liebherr overhead cranes• Working in overhead almond crane• Working in overhead Morris crane• Hyster laden lifter driver• Shunting trains on tracks• Passing my imv test• Passing my konecrane test• Starting the freightliner shunting course• Being promoted to stand in supervisor after 6 months of being within the company (Runcorn)• Ensuring correct procedures are followed • All equipment is clean and safe to use for myself and the next team mate• Ensuring when I’m supervisor, all paper work is correct, emails are sent to the correct individuals each day, defaults with vehicles or equipment is recorded, paperwork is correct for each train and hand over documents have the correct information for the next shift (Runcorn)• If there’s any change in train schedule then ensuring all correct personnel are informed and up to date with any changes • Keeping a high moral within the work force • Keeping a high standard on site at all times for the safety of myself and others • Passing ITSAAR accredited trainer course within the company • Passed PTS course• Train all new starters on machinery and correct company procedures • Been through target zero course
