Global Projects Execution: Conduct and monitor regional trials and get alignment with global project team. Provide manufacture support during new product introduction period. Regional Development: As the technical lead in Tissue & Towel segment, plan and execute AP specific projects for new regional technologies. Major product lines includes: Creping and release agent, Softener and debonders, Wet Strength…AP Subject Matter Expert: Have regular interactions with applications and regional marketing leads. Define new technology gaps and opportunities, provide technical consulting and troubleshooting for commercial team. Communicate to STC and global R&D leadership through monthly reports.Project Management: Lead or participate in several types of projects in terms of INNOVA, FAST TRACK and LWR. From project scope definition to final delivery, help project team to catch up with the project timeline and support from technology perspective.Training: As the mentor of junoir scientists, lead/coach them to set personal goals which aligned with company goals. Help them to enhance their personal skills in terms of chemistry fundamentals, product development, project management, cross function commutation…Capabilities set up: Lead the development of Tissue & Towel testing capabilities with support from global R&D team, plan and manage segment budget annually.

Product development: Research on the formula of Institutional products, covers several categories such as housekeeping, floor/stone care and warewashing. Writing patent for new technology.Project management: Working with marketing partners as the R&D owner of the innovation projects, including global projects and localization as well.Technical support: Field service on thorny technical issues, and troubleshooting according to the customer complaint. Manufacture support: Help QA/QC to do the product analysis and find out the cause of quality issues.Training: Train the sales\service team, and make them know each product/procedure well in order to better support the business.
