I am a Chief Executive Officer driven by growth and transformation. Success is a result of 27 years’ experience in industry, gained from large multinational corporations and UK listed / private equity owned companies across a diverse range of business activities.At APC Technology Group and SMT Corp I am running successful organisations that play an important role in the strategic supply chain of specialist electronic components and systems to the aerospace, defence, critical infrastructure, and medical industries. At APC we design highly technical products into very complex end projects. At SMT we provide electrical testing services and we detect counterfeit, cloned and defective parts before they risk being used on projects related to national security.Both businesses have achieved significant growth with the Group doubling in size since 2020. My vision is to see the Group achieve in excess of $100 million turnover by 2025.Prior to my time at APC, I spent 10 years as CEO / COO leading successful turnarounds within various industries. My mission at these organisations was to use my leadership experience to transform the organisations into stable, efficient businesses capable of delivering real world results for their clients and a return or successful exit for their financial stakeholders. Away from my corporate life, I am passionate about helping disadvantaged and vulnerable people, regularly volunteering to various causes. I encourage staff from all walks of life within my organisations to provide hands-on support to causes both in the UK and abroad. Since 2019, I have supported the Footprints Foundation with their work in South Africa and am proud to have had members of my team support orphanage projects outside of Johannesburg in 2022.
