I currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Gates Group International, LLC. Gates Group is a specialized, professional services firm. As a service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) provider of management consulting, information technology, business and financial management services, we strive to create lasting value for our clients. I am a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) with over 26 years of military experience at all levels of management. In addition, I have 14 years of experience in developing and managing higher education programs. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with emphasis in Management from Marymount University, and a Master of Science Degree in Education from Virginia State University. I also attended the Center for Executive and Professional Development at The College of William and Mary. I am a Legion of Merit and Bronze Star Medal recipient. I am also a Distinguished Member of the United States Army’s Quartermaster Regiment.
