SPORTS MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities included: Ensure high quality Software releases on a regular cadence for Xerox Office Group’s line of color multifunction products. Xerox followed a waterfall based methodology. • Worked seamlessly with highly skilled, deeply technical development team to develop valid test approaches and scenarios• Defined test scenarios, created test plans and participated in the definition and execution of test scripts utilizing AP Test Manager Suite• Proactively communicated with developers and business analysts to resolve issues or questions pertaining to test creation or execution• Collaborated with project team to understand and prioritize system testing efforts• Performed and participated in all aspects of verification including requirements gathering, feature and functional testing, unit testing, regression, load and performance testing utilizing AP Test Manager Suite• Developed creative and thorough analyses to identify root causes of technical problems while developing resolutions• Performed daily platform acceptance testing and a more intensive weekly platform acceptance testing• Translated observed behaviors into problem statements for development investigation
