Assists in supervising the preparation and cooking of various food items.Develops daily menu items and their preparation and ordering necessary items needed. Supervising hourly kitchen employees. Assists with employee training and scheduling of hourly cooks and hourly staff. Assists in monitoring payroll costs & overtimeSupports the culinary direction of the Executive Chef and adhere to all brand standards. Manages the department scheduling, discipline, and/or hiring. Works with the Executive Chef in developing new menus and recipes. Job Requirements
