I ensure the delivery of contracted service levels to selected business customers, ensuring the end to end bespoke service requirements of these customers are met with the added goal of increasing customer satisfaction levels.I work in partnership with the sales team to support customer account growth and retain existing revenue. My role also involves working with internal operational departments acting as the voice of the customer to ensure service is delivered to contractual levels and to the customers satisfaction.
