- Support the store and team within each area on adaily basis to allow efficient smooth operations for all.- Utilise internal systems that can facilitate individualsand our wider team in the moment to makenecessary changes to enhance the team andcustomer experience.- To understand and action emergency procedureswhen necessary while communicating with allrelevant areas both in store and out.- Complete all cash management responsibilities,including ensuring tills are ready for use eachmorning and evening.- Set up each day with relevant changes to schedulesin every area of store to support daily operations,alongside closing each day by collaborating withothers to prepare the store for next day opening(visuals, stock replenishment and cash handling).- Support by ensuring team members are equippedwith support tools and resources needed to deliverexceptional customer service (this includes alsobeing present and customer facing myself), whichallows management to focus on team memberdevelopment.- Provide feedback and recognition to all teammembers to facilitate development.
