I have been in IT since the early 1970s, progressing from computer operations, through to senior management. This progression has been in a variety of business sectors, including insurance, banking, and database management to event support and more recently involvement with Quality Assurance.I have worked at a senior level for over twenty years and I believe I have demonstrated an exceptional capacity to identify and develop service level agreements, disaster recovery plans, reduction in overall expenditure, enhanced service delivery, (be they hardware or software enhancements or changes) all leading to improved internal and external customer satisfaction. I have been responsible for teams consisting of a few staff to those of over 20 personnel both locally and internationally during my career and pride myself that I have excellent man management skill that have enabled me to always have a good rapport with all staff at all levels.
