I am familiar with managing complex multi time zones & multiple country releases. My cut over experience started in 1996 when moving from a legacy IBM system to SAP R3. I also have 20 years’ experience working as a utilities operations contract manager, across the UK, in the gas and water public distribution sectors.My role includes the development of the cut over strategy, approach & governance. Managing teams of IT & Business cut over managers, to deliver quality cut overs to large and complex global businesses transformation programme's across multiple time zones. I have led multiple global commercial ERP deployments including CFin to multi-billion-pound turnover, organisations. I have experience with several system integrations such as Workday SuccessFactors, Salesforce and Fiori.I am confident in managing complex end to end cut overs. This includes environment readiness, technical cut over rehearsals, data migration, UAT and business cutover though to early life support, post go live. My role as Transition lead was to stabilise the cut over process, by leading cut over dress rehearsals, and quickly build stakeholder relationships to allow me to develop a quality cut over plan, for a student information system transformation. The University had previously tried to undertake a student information system transformation on 3 previous occasions, without success. The cut over is now successfully complete, and the business are in the ramp up phase with a low number of defects. I was responsible for a team of 5 -7 cutover managers, to deliver a highly complex technical and business cutovers on multi market releases on a £200 million+ program of works.
