I am a great planner and organizer. When given the opportunity to lead and take ownership of work, projects I am involved with exceed expectations and outperform metrics. I am a great coach and team developer. I do a great job of empowering others and facilitating activities and projects. My career as an educator laid the foundation for my communication skills as a project manager and I excel working cross functionally with executive stakeholders in forming project goals, milestones, timelines, and strategies.I’m also a lifelong learner, holding multiple degrees and my PMP. I believe my project management style empowers others with skill sets that I may not possess to execute the projects that I’m ultimately responsible for.I’m good at bringing teams together with clear structure and deadlines.Outside of work I love spending time with my family.
