-Own digital transformation for Property Claims organization, building requirements for iOS/Android mobile app and mobile web claims experience as part of modernization efforts delivering $100M in return through redesigned platform and new capabilities.-Lead build of new claims system for Property Claims to retire legacy technology and configure new platform to integrate with third party vendors, policy and underwriting applications, and other enterprise tools to deliver seamless experience for claims operations.-Guide Property Claims modernization and transformation journey to update technology and processes.-Responsible for leading a team that is focused on process/program ownership and improving overall business results by identifying gaps and opportunities, recommending solutions and developing and monitoring key performance indicators.-Utilize program execution methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, and Waterfall, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables and balance capacity across programs.-Align with partners across the enterprise to define backlog of work and present business cases to compete for funding and ensure execution of programs to drive towards common goals.-Build and oversee a team of employees through ongoing recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities.-Create executive level briefings to facilitate decision making, inform on current status, and gain alignment on deliverables.

• Oversee performance for 104 contractors in the states of Michigan and Virginia, managing key performance indicators for each in order to insure the best possible experience for the membership. • Mediate issue resolutions between contractors, members, and the adjuster to determine the appropriate outcome. • Evaluate territory needs and insure adequate coverage• Lead quarterly meetings with each contractor, providing them with feedback on opportunities for growth as well as success stories from the prior quarter. • Identify low performers and coach for growth.

• Interview, hire, and train incoming baristas on how to deliver service efficiently and accurately through building relationships with our customers to encourage brand loyalty.• Coordinate each shift to maximize efficiency and maintain the Starbucks standard of service with each customer.

• Handle complex sales scenarios in collaboration with the sales team to ensure AT&T was providing the complete solution to all the members connectivity needs.• Coach and mentor sales representatives to assist them in surpassing their sales goals each month.
