A new EIS fund to invest in early-stage companies on a mission to fix climate change through scientific innovation. We are looking for knowledge-intensive, hard-tech solutions that have the potential to make half gigaton-level reductions of CO2e at scale; and vision-aligned, ambitious teams to go with them. We can accelerate the zero carbon transition if we create technologies that are better and cheaper than fossil incumbents.

During my time doing this job, we completed a decade of running our climate innovation accelerator, the Greenhouse, and formalised the creation of Undaunted with the Royal Institution. Undaunted is London's centre for climate innovation, whose founding was supported by the Mayor of London, HSBC, ARUP, Slaughter & May, Pollination Group and the Centre for Net Zero (founded by Octopus Energy).

A biorenewables research partnership between Imperial College London, Rothamsted Research, the John Innes Centre, and IBERS.

Founder of the DTC, in overall charge of design and development of curriculum, implementation and accountability for the systems for allocating studentships, responsibility for quality assurance and the continuing development of strategy and relationships with the EPSRC.
