My position at amSTATZ started with the only dedicated sales role. From the ground up, I developed efficient sales processes and crafted the messaging to effectively sell our brand new technology. As our company grew, I took initiatives to implement new applications that would facilitate a higher level of selling. I taught new reps our software, how to sell it, and established goals for our team to succeed. As an account executive with InnerWorkings, I managed the entire process of procuring marketing and promotional materials for outside companies. The objective was to leverage our outstanding buying power and create a more efficient method for the clients’ print acquisition needs. I performed consultative conferences to educate clients on how to effectively determine project specifications conducive to their budgeting parameters.

My role at the National Infantry Museum revolved around being the focal point in arranging special events and executing such events with an exceeding level of success to achieve marketing goals and promotional objectives of the organization. I oversaw the planning and execution of logistics for daily operations, military conferences and special events. I also contributed my efforts and abilities in neighboring departments such as IT, media, maintenance, and marketing. The initiatives I demonstrated also yielded reputable successes from events of my own discretion. I played an integral part in the daily operations of this foundation while proudly adhering to the vision of our founder, MG Jerry White.

My responsibilities in the Air Force were chiefly prescribed with the 55th Aircraft Maintenance Unit. Here I led a team to inspect, troubleshoot, and deem military aircrafts suitable for flight.I inspected aircraft structures, systems, components, and support equipment. Supervised and performed aircraft and component inspections. Interpreted inspection findings and determinedadequacy of corrective actions. Inspected and checked components for clearances, tolerances,proper installation, and operation. Inspected and operated powered and non-powered aerospace ground equipment. Inspected and identified aircraft corrosion for prevention and correction. Reviewed maintenance forms, aircraft records, and reported to ensure complete documentation. My duties necessitated deployment and travel to other countries. Outside of the aerospace field I volunteered my past knowledge of military tradition and ceremony to the Base Honor Guard as the Chief Training Instructor.
