About Richard Hallam

Highly experienced professional in data management, data compliance, information assurance, client delivery, risk management, team management and leadership. After obtaining a Business Studies degree from Nottingham Trent University, I worked in computer-aided market research for 5 years before joining Experian as a data analyst. I enjoyed numerous roles with Experian, mainly within the Credit Services division, focusing on the automotive part of the business in latter years, as head of data and product. I have been a people manager for the majority of my professional career. Since 2018 I have swapped the private sector for the public sector and am currently Senior Information Risk Manager within the Ministry of Justice. Outside of work, I am married with two daughters, I follow local sport, enjoy walking and take a trip out to the Peak District whenever possible. Also an Independent trainer for the Finance & Leasing Association (part-time), delivering a workshop on vehicle finance and asset registration.
