As the leader of Sales dept. from April, 2009, manage the sales dept. including:1. Make the annual sales plan base on current product and market status, and also take the responsibility to make it reality.2. Manage the sales dept., follow up our key customers and work out our sales planning and marketing planning.3. Orgnized the show in Berlin, Hannover, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Taipei4. Help the sales to service customer well and help them close the deal.5. Directly contact with key customer and promote our product to them.6. Communication with production dept. and R&D dept, work out our product planning base on the information we got from market, customer feedback and also the request.

1. Market search to find the new product which have right function and right price.2. Study new soltuion with R&D director and give proposal to GM.3. Manage to kick off the project and control the development schedule.4. Manage to make the product ready for mass production.5. Do cost down with R&D to increasing our profit margin and compete with other compititors.6. Training Project Manager and make them stand in same level and direction with the company.
