CurrentRichard is the Director accountable for Telco's interior designers, building services engineers, project and cost managers located in Telco's six New Zealand offices.Richard and the Telco Group are the right choice for your next office, industrial or technology accommodation project be it partnering for the entire project life cycle or providing any of the individual niche’ services including CONSULTANCY Partnering with the clients leadership team to assist in defining the right project outcomes, budget, workplace strategy and supporting technologies ; while at all times ensuring linkage to the client’s core business strategies.ACCOMMODATION SEARCH & CONCEPT PLANNINGWith a clear property and technology strategy in place a Telco Project Director will lead the client team through the review , selection , negotiation and securing of the clients new accommodation solution, inclusive of completing concept designs, capital and operating budgets, programs and if required assistance with the clients internal business case or approval process. Throughout the process the client will have access to Telco designers, cost managers and engineers. WORKPLACE DELIVERYYour Telco Project Director will guide the client and a Telco team of engineers, interior designers and technology specialists through all phases of consultation, design and build inclusive of relocation services and ongoing facilities management of all property and technology assets if required by the client.
