As a Senior Design Consultant I am an experienced instructional designer, training manager and project manager who works as a training consultant to help large companies solve performance, training, and e-learning problems. I meet with key decision makers, assess needs, scope problems and make recommendations for solutions. I write proposals that detail capabilities and capacity to provide solutions, and timelines and costs to implement the solutions. I work with and direct teams of designers, trainers, programmers, and artists to implement training solutions.
