As a technology leader, I believe in combining my experience with engineering skills to enable those I work with to deliver on our goals and enjoy the process of doing so. Through an ever evolving role, I have gained experience on a range of infrastructure technologies and applications from SNMP based monitoring systems to data streaming platforms on cloud. So far in my career, I have had the experience delivering agent based technologies to 10s of thousands of endpoints, scheduling tools running millions of jobs, log management platforms consuming 10s of terabytes, thousands of robot and run book executions and millions of AIOps events per day. This has given me an appreciation of not only how to manage enterprise technology at scale but on how to lead teams of engineers in doing so.Engineering allows me to gain experience when my leaders believe in me, experience allows me to provide genuine leadership and inspiration to the next generation of our technology leaders.
