• Creating budget and cost estimation statements, project plans & reports• Manage and supervision of construction crews from onsite visits to projects scheduling and team building,adhering to project deadlines, specifications• Understanding & implementing building codes, following safety guidelines and regulations addressingconstruction projects. Addressing safety and other worksite concerns and issues with labourers and foremen.• Using organisational skills to build successful teams for completion of projects• Understanding how construction equipment works for inspection, operation and maintenance of thisequipment.

• Providing supervisory cover for leave or sickness etc.• Organising workforce, plant and materials, measuring area where asphalt has been laid• Driving roller, laying tarmac on roads and footpaths• Sub-Contracted out to Cemex

• Driving Rollers from 120 BOMAG, 135 HAMM, & 161 BOMAG on the motorways, highways, A & B roads, and minor roads for Bardon (Main Contractor)
