Principal Investigator on several workforce development, housing, and anti poverty projects. Have authored and coauthored numerous reports and journal articles. My research focuses on the economic effects of workforce development, business development, public assistance and credit building policies among low-income populations. Have led several "big data" projects in both the corporate and nonprofit sector. I am involved in several corporate methodological initiatives at MDRC.

Currently teach both introductory and advanced statistics and quantitative research design to Masters and Doctoral students. Sit on several dissertation committees. In the past I have taught economics and data management and presentation. All of my courses feature real world data driven analyses in R.

Performed custom quantitative market research using behavioral and attitudinal data for both retail and manufacturing clients. Analysis focused on targeting, market segmentation, advertising research, insights, and program evaluation/measurement. Many of my projects were in the health and wellness area.
