Maintaining CB&I’s relationship with its UK bankers. • Accounting for the companies Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes, review of the annual Actuarial reports.• Responsible for ensuring that the company business controls are working effectively and managing the audit of these controls by the Internal Audit group. Reviewing controls and procedures and identifying areas of weakness and taking action to make improvements.• Set up of CB&I UK Ltd branch in Japan.
