I foresee all cut to size granite projects as well as manage all curbing jobs. All our jobs are put on takeoffs to calculate square footage as well as cubic feet and then get turned into proposals. I work alongside the accountant to ensure all jobs are paid for at the contracted amount. I oversee our draftsman to ensure our jobs get shop tickets that have the correct stone dimensions and finishes. I report to the owner of the company to release jobs into our plant to be fabricated. I work along side the plant manager of Fletcher granite to produce all our granite curbing jobs by translating takeoffs into proposals and working with the customer to ensure they get the right type of curbing needed. I ensure all our granite curb is paid for at the right about by how much linear footage is picked up.

I work alongside the project executive on all our jobs making takeoffs using excel and Bluebeam Revu to calculate square footage and cubic feet of stone required as well as making proposals for every job. I use AutoCAD to make shop tickets for the stone manufacturers to follow. I work with the draftsman to make sure all jobs are being drawn correctly for production and along side the accountant to make sure all jobs are billed correctly according to the contracted amount.
