Accountable for compiling and drafting wage / labor analysis, college and high school job fairs, company internship program, writing staffing plans and policy and procedures for upcoming projects, identifying candidates for upgrade training, and HR portion of proposals and bid packages. Houston Employment Office:Responsible for accepting applications and identifying potential employees for open positions, processing new hire drug screens and minor physicals, speaking with Project Managers and Craft Superintendents to identify open positions as well as the lead time for when new employees need to arrive on site. McAllen, TX.Managed all aspects of the employment office including staffing plans, drug screens, applications, skills assessments, safety orientation and running any newspaper ads for potential employees.
