Responsible for all new and used boat sales across Aquavista's central London & South Coast marinas. Fast growth start up operation in 2021 with FY22 sales in my region of £1.05m from a standing start. FY23 sales £3.25m and FY24 sales £6.5m+.Responsible for all sales and operational elements including securing and listing used stock, new boat manufacturer relationships, photography and advertising of stock through to negotiation and completion of sales and customer hand over.
