About Richard Hoiles

I possess experience in outreach, media engagement, event management and creative problem solving. My background includes a diverse skill set which has proven invaluable as a Public Affairs Specialist. From working as an aircraft maintainer with the United States Navy, to serving as an interpretative ranger, and supervisor with the National Park Service, community programmer with the 88ABW, Public Affairs with the VA, and serving as Public Affairs with AFMC. Through these positions I have gained a wide range of skills applicable to all Public Affairs functions.
